I remember seeing a dietitian years ago when I was first diagnosed yet it's been quite some time and as you know this is also a progressive disease so I will take your advice. Not next week since we're away yet upon our return I will contact a dietitian review what I'm doing get a meter "one that I can handle" and take the control.
I was just feeling down and out it seems like some days are definitely harder than others.
Much appreciated
MichaelMikeHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17342840288853342570noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9038874633680488031.post-70195247110933651462011-09-28T23:54:37.001-04:002011-09-28T23:54:37.001-04:00I hear you Michael! It's often better to eat small meals 3 or 4 times a day, rather than starve yourself during the day and eat a big meal in the evening.

And yep, sometimes I do feel like calling it quits...but I live in hope that tomorrow will be better.

Hang in there my friend, you'll get over this bump in the road.Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01051732856820479687noreply@blogger.com
